KOTA KINABALU: Sabah has received its largest-ever development allocation of RM12.02 billion under the 13th Malaysia Plan to fund 1,173 programmes and projects.
Chief Minister Datuk Seri Hajiji Noor, speaking through Deputy Chief Minister Datuk Seri Masidi Manjun at the ICW Borneo opening, here, Tuesday, said the priority is delivery and impact, not just spending.
