RANAU: The vast experience of retired education workers is a valuable asset that can still be utilised in the development of the State’s education sector, said Sabah Education Director Datuk Raisin Saidin.
He said the relationship between retired and current education workers needs to be further strengthened and optimised to benefit the younger generation and the society as a whole.
“The vast experience of retired education workers is a silver asset that can bridge critical gaps in the modern education system. Their contributions often extend beyond basic instruction, offering a unique blend of institutional memory, pedagogical mastery and emotional intelligence.
