KOTA KINABALU: Kuamut Assemblyman Datuk Masiung Banah proposed a Sabah Palm Oil Board to reclaim the State's 40 per cent revenue rights.
He also urged rejection of Federal laws limiting Sabah’s maritime zone and proposed three cost-of-living relief measures for Sabahans, including a RM100 top-up to Federal aid.
He made the proposal when debating the Head of State Policy Speech, Monday.
Additionally, he called for tighter controls on illegal immigrants, whose numbers have reached 1.04 million, while also raising concerns regarding 15 villages in his Kuamut constituency that still lack electricity and water.
