BEAUFORT: The Ministry of Domestic Trade and Cost of Living (KPDN) Beaufort Branch, in collaboration with local police, has launched Ops Tiris 4.0 to ensure petrol stations comply with fuel sale and management regulations.
Ministry of Domestic Trade and Cost of Living (KPDN) Beaufort Branch Chief Enforcement Officer Julie Julhani said the operation targets three petrol stations in town, with key objectives including verifying stock records for transparency, enforcing the BUDI Madani system to prevent non-citizens from purchasing RON95 petrol, and ensuring sales adhere to vehicle category limits.

“Additionally, we are on alert for any suspicious vehicles potentially involved in diesel misappropriation,” she said.
Inspection results so far indicate full compliance, with no enforcement action needed. Julie emphasized that monitoring will continue regularly to maintain high levels of legal compliance.
Members of the public who notice any trader misconduct are encouraged to report it via KPDN’s e-complaint portal, hotline, or the Ez ADU KPDN application.
