Suria Capital said Ahmad Rizal’s appointment reflects continuity, as he has been a Non-Independent Non-Executive Director since March 2020 and has been closely involved in board deliberations on strategy and investment decisions.
With more than 25 years of experience spanning corporate banking, project financing and executive management, Ahmad Rizal brings exposure across infrastructure, property development, maritime, oil and gas, and investment holding to guide the Group’s next phase.
Chairman Datuk Faisyal Yusof Hamdain Diego said the Board is confident Ahmad Rizal’s leadership and deep understanding of the Group will support long-term growth, while recording its appreciation for Ng’s contributions in shaping Suria Capital’s development.
