KENINGAU: Liawan Assemblyman Datuk Nik Mohd Nadzri Nik Zawawi donated 10 cows for the sacrificial offering in conjunction with the celebration of Hari Raya Aidiladha 1447 Hijrah.

The donation is seen as not only helping to facilitate the sacrificial offering and distribution of meat to the needy, but also becoming a symbol of the spirit of togetherness and harmony of the multi-racial and religious community in the interior of Keningau.

Nik Mohd Nadzri said this year was the first year he was given the mandate as the representative of Liawan and he was very grateful to be able to share sustenance with the local community in conjunction with Aidiladha.

“In conjunction with the celebration of Hari Raya Aidiladha 2026, I am very honoured to be able to support the Muslim community in the Liawan area,” he said.
