Widely regarded as one of the property industry’s most prestigious accolades, the International Property Awards recognises excellence in architecture, development, design and real estate across the Asia Pacific. Five-star recognition represents the highest achievement within the national category.

“Seeing The Logg recognised alongside some of the region’s most established developments shows how far our local industry has progressed,” he said, adding that the success was the result of strong collaboration among consultants, architects, engineers, contractors and project teams.

He said the milestone also reflects KTI Group’s growth from a Sabah-based developer into one capable of delivering internationally recognised projects, in line with its long-term commitment to urban development in the state.
