Kota Kinabalu: State infrastructure planning, engineering talent development and the future of SMJ 2.0 initiatives topped discussions when the Institution of Engineers Malaysia (IEM) Sabah Branch called on Nominated Assemblyman Datuk Chin Shu Ying recently.
The delegation, led by IEM Sabah Branch Chairman Tan KJ, JP, called on Chin at his office in Inanam, where both parties exchanged views on key development priorities for the State.

Accompanying the Chairman were Honorary Secretary Wong Chen Jack and committee members Jason Chin, Jessie Lee and Wah KH.
The delegation also used the occasion to formally invite Chin to attend IEM Sabah Branch’s 51st Anniversary Celebration Dinner, scheduled for June 13 at The Magellan Sutera Resort.
The visit is seen as further cementing the working relationship between the engineering fraternity and State leadership in supporting sustainable development and professional advancement in Sabah.
