KUALA LUMPUR: Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Energy Transition and Water Transformation Datuk Seri Fadillah Yusof on Wednesday officiated the Malaysia Agreement 1963 Implementation Status Dashboard (
MA63 Dashboard), a unified monitoring platform aimed at enhancing transparency, accountability and public access to information on MA63 implementation, particularly for Sabah and Sarawak.
Minister in the Prime Minister’s Department (Sabah and Sarawak) Datuk Mustapha Sakmud said the launch marked a significant milestone after nearly a decade of sustained Federal Government efforts to implement MA63 matters in a structured and systematic manner.

He said that following the establishment of the Devolution of Authority Committee (JKDA) in 2016, a public platform is now available to allow the public to track the factual and transparent status of MA63 implementation.
Mustapha said 29 matters have been deliberated under the official MA63 consultation platform to date, with 13 implemented, including nine resolved under the Madani Government, while the remaining 16 are still under monitoring and ongoing discussions.
He said the dashboard was developed in two phases, with the first phase launched and accessible via the official Sabah and Sarawak Affairs Division (BHESS) portal, while the second phase will include continuous improvements such as real-time updates by relevant ministries and agencies.
