KUALA LUMPUR: The Malaysian Association of Theme Parks and Family Attractions (Matfa) has praised the government’s swift action against taxi touting at Kuala Lumpur International Airport (KLIA), which demonstrates a firm commitment to protecting tourists and upholding the nation’s reputation.

Its president Tan Sri Richard Koh said with Malaysia preparing for Visit Malaysia 2026, which is expected to draw millions of visitors, maintaining integrity, safety and trust in all aspects of travel is essential.
