Kota Kinabalu: The property market will continue to be vibrant as long as the economic growth in the KK South area is maintained and it does look this way. Of late, there was an extra boost in the real estate sector in KK South as transactions heated up in the industrial area space.
“Apart from the general trend of increase in demand for industrial space post Covid-19, industrialists and business professionals were looking for industrial space in Lok Kawi and other KK South areas to relocate their warehouses and factories from flood-hit areas of congested Inanam and Kolombong,” said MIEA Vice President Kelvin Yip who represented President Chan Ai Cheng.
