PENAMPANG: Party Bersatu Sabah (PBS) has been urged to immediately undertake a dynamic transformation and embrace political reforms through the “PBS 2.0” narrative if it hopes to once again lead Sabah’s governing landscape.
PBS Central Youth Movement Deputy Exco Chief Dr. Rockey Jerome Budin said this change is critical given the current voter demographic reality, where approximately 70pc of voters are young people aged between 18 and 50, while the remaining 30 percent are aged 50 and above.
He made the remarks while chairing and addressing the Annual Conference of the PBS Youth Movement for the Moyog Division, held at Wisma Kinsabina, Penampang on Sunday.
Dr. Rockey said the year 1985 represented a “golden chapter” written through the sacrifices, hard work and tears of past leaders, which created an extraordinary political phenomenon in Sabah, particularly in Tambunan.
