SINGAPORE: A 66-year-old woman was taken to hospital after she was allegedly slapped near the eye by a man at Singapore Life Church on Sunday (May 3).
Police said they received a call for assistance at about 9.10am.
Officers later established that a 33-year-old Malaysian Chinese man had allegedly slapped several people before leaving prior to their arrival.
The woman was found bleeding but conscious when she was taken to hospital.
Preliminary investigations indicated the man was known to the church and had caused a nuisance there a few times.
He was later arrested for public nuisance and investigations are ongoing.
