Arifin said most Sabah students in the region are studying at leading universities, with the majority pursuing religious studies at Al-Azhar University in Cairo.
He added that authorities, including Wisma Putra and the Higher Education Ministry, are also monitoring the situation while most students continue attending classes in person as conditions in Egypt and several other locations remain stable.
