Kuala Lumpur: A crisis of confidence is brewing among Pakatan Harapan (PH) supporters and can only be restored through new government policies that protect their interests without disadvantaging any group, says DAP adviser Lim Guan Eng.
In a letter to Prime Minister Datuk Seri Anwar Ibrahim dated Dec 8, Lim highlighted 10 key national issues, focusing heavily on economic and financial policies, and urged immediate action to fulfil PH’s promises made during the 15th General Election.
“There is now a crisis of confidence in the government among PH supporters, which can only be restored through the formulation of new government policies that safeguard their interests without harming any group of Malaysians,” he said.
Lim stressed that leaders are trustees of the voters’ mandate and must implement the PH election manifesto without delay.
