PAPAR: The people in Sabah are once again dealt with a bombshell – costlier driving licence starting July 1.Papar MP Ahmad Hassan said the absence of quick action by the authorities on this matter would bring hardship to the people.
“With this development, I am afraid more people, especially the youths, will drive without licences and this should be avoided,” he said.
