On one occasion, he accepted a booking that had gone unclaimed for some time and found that the passenger was a wheelchair user travelling with a young child. Upon arriving at their destination, the child explained that they had accidentally left their money behind. Gilang responded with understanding and ensured they reached home safely, even offering to return later without expecting any payment.
“For me, this is about helping sincerely. When you work honestly, you want to do your best for others as well,” he said.
