Headlining the celebrations is the ‘Auspicious Reunions Dinner Buffet’ on Feb 16, 2026, featuring highlights such as Prosperity Treasure Pot, Fortune Yee Sang, Golden Peking Duck, Hong Kong-Style BBQ Roast Station, a selection of fresh seafood, and an indulgent array of desserts.
Hilton Kota Kinabalu General Manager Smital Shah-Boultwood said the hotel ushered in the upcoming Chinese New Year with its signature *Yee Sang Tuo Sing* ceremony, symbolising abundance, prosperity and togetherness.
She said the hotel was delighted to share the traditional celebration with guests and partners as part of the festive observance.

Smital said this in her speech at the ‘Feast of Fortune’ media preview of the hotel’s special offerings of dishes for the Lunar New Year at Urban Kitchen on Friday (Jan 8, 2026).
