‘Media practitioners’ role appreciated’

SANDAKAN: The role of media practitioners is always valued as an authentic and accurate communicator of government policy to the public.

The Tanjung Papat Assemblyman’s Office hosted more than 30 print, electronic and online media practitioners here as an appreciation for all their contributions and cooperation to a Tanjung Papat dinner at Kenalanmu Restaurant Steamboat on Thursday.

Also celebrated were staff of Tanjung Papat Assemblyman’s Office.

The dinner was also attended by Tanjung Papat Assemblyman Datuk Frankie Poon and his wife Datin Alice Chan, Organising Chairman Liau Fui Fui and Tanjung Papat Community Development Officer Max Million Lee.

A lucky draw was also conducted where the main prizes of two bicycles were won by Daily Express and Harian Ekspres journalists.
