KUDAT: All government departments and private agencies have been urged to facilitate and render strong cooperation to a billion ringgit silica processing project by Sbh Kibing Solar New Materials (M) Sdn Bhd in Sikuati, here.

Deputy Chief Minister Datuk Dr Joachim Gunsalam said the project is to develop a plant to process silica sand and produce solar panels, with an initial investment value of RM2 billion.
