Likas villa folks up in arms over fee hike

Kota Kinabalu: There is friction among residents of Chanyai Villa in Likas and its management WTW Property Services (Sabah) Sdn Bhd (WTWS).
Comprising mostly elderly folk, residents are saying the sinking fund and management fees have tripled over the years.
Resident representative Fung Chin Oi, 66, said things went sour after WTWS took over management from developer Inprofit in 2003.
