Kota Kinabalu: KTI Development Sdn Bhd’s Ayuria Place, the First Placemaking Address in Kota Kinabalu, got off to a flying start as its Kayana Heights apartment successfully sold 30 percent of its units during its official launch.

Located in Alamesra, Ayuria Place is an urban placemaking neighbourhood project that aims to redefine urban living, comprising three components: the 39-storey Kayana Heights apartment, the 36-unit double-storey superlink homes of Araya Gardens, and 12-unit shoplots.

It is also conveniently situated adjacent to Tunku Abdul Rahman College (TAR UMT) and near to Universiti Malaysia Sabah (UMS).

“Ayuria Place was created to bring people together. With Sabahans’ love for socialising in mind, the Kayana Heights’ 1.2-acre green area and Araya Gardens’ 20,000-square-foot landscaped garden would serve as a space where neighbors can mingle, connect, and enjoy activities together.”

“It’s all about fostering a sense of community and making lasting friendships,” said KTI Development Sdn Bhd Director of Sales and Marketing, Stella Loke.

The first component, the Kayana Heights apartment, offers a range of options to suit different needs.

From the spacious Type B, which includes 900 sqft, 3 bedrooms, and 2 bathrooms in a desirable corner unit, to the cosy Type C, offering 650 sqft, 2 bedrooms, and 2 bathrooms in an intermediate setting.

It features a 1.2-acre green space, well-planned open spaces, shops within walking distance, interconnected walkways, and outdoor fitness amenities promoting a healthy lifestyle.

Prices for Kayana Heights start at RM290,000, ensuring affordability for all.

The official three-day launch of Kayana Heights took place at TAR UMT from April 19 to 21, garnering positive responses, particularly from government servants at UMS, Queen Elizabeth Hospital, Likas Hospital, PDRM, and various government institutions.
