TAMPARULI: The newly-built St Marianne Hostel in Kg Bantayan, Tamparuli, which currently accommodates 26 rural female students from various districts in Sabah, is appealing for food provisions.
Sister Apolonia Gumpu of FSIC, the caretaker and person-in-charge, hoped generous individuals and others would be able to donate groceries chicken, fish, eggs, vegetables, noodles etc.

The hostel was built through contributions from private and corporate groups who believed in giving back to society for a good cause.
According to Sister Apolonia, the girls attend the nearest school, SMK Tamparuli, by bus.
