Power outage: Frustrated netizens turn to social platforms

Kota Kinabalu: The recent electricity supply interruptions frustrated netizens who expressed their dissatisfaction through Facebook and Twitter.

The president of Sabah People’s Coalition Organization (Agaras) Michael Frederick (pic) made a report at the Kota Kinabalu Police Station on Thursday to claim damages to electrical items in his home that cost almost RM1,250 due to being exposed to “excessive electrical voltage” in Likas on April 26.

Michael said in addition to experiencing a power outage that resulted in damaged electrical goods in his residence, he also received many complaints from netizens because of experiencing the same thing.
