Kota Kinabalu: The Yayasan Sabah Group recorded a historic pre-tax profit of RM683 million in 2025, an increase of 17 per cent from RM586 million the previous year, Chief Minister Datuk Seri Hajiji Noor said.
He said Innoprise Corporation Sdn Bhd (ICSB), the investment arm of the Yayasan Sabah Group, achieved a record pre-tax profit of RM243 million, up 35 per cent from RM179 million in 2024.

In a speech delivered by Deputy Chief Minister cum Works and Utilities Minister Datuk Seri Dr Joachim Gunsalam at the Yayasan Sabah Awards Night here on Wednesday, Hajiji said ICSB also declared RM160 million in dividends in 2025, the highest in its history and the largest dividend payout among Sabah GLCs for five consecutive years.
He said the Group’s performance was driven by strong contributions from the agro-plantation sector, which posted RM323 million in profit, while the tourism and leisure sector recorded RM65 million and the oil, gas and energy sector surged to RM40 million from RM0.07 million in 2024.
Hajiji said the Yayasan Sabah Group also continued to support education, community development and conservation efforts, including benefiting 15,629 students through the Sabah State Education Fund, carrying out 613 community programmes statewide and strengthening international collaborations through University College Sabah Foundation (UCSF).
