Kota Kinabalu: City Hall (DBKK) launched its Enterprise Architecture (EA) Roadmap and Super App blueprint here on Sunday.
The ceremony was officiated by Assistant Minister to the Chief Minister and Minister in charge of DBKK, Datuk Joniston Bangkuai.
The EA roadmap serves as a digital master plan aligning DBKK’s people, processes, data and technology.
It will pave the way for a single Super App platform enabling residents to access city hall services seamlessly.
Developed in partnership with Universiti Malaysia Sabah, the initiative builds on DBKK’s recognition as one of Malaysia’s 27 Smart City Early Adopters 2025.
