KOTA BELUD: Yayasan Sabah With The People (YSBR) Roadshow 2025 for the West Coast North Zone continues in Kota Belud, inviting residents and those from surrounding areas to Dataran Kilapi, Kg. Rampayan Laut, Kota Belud on 9 November 2025.

In a statement, the Director of Yayasan Sabah, Dato’ Sri Haji Gulamhaidar Khan Bahadar, explained that the roadshow aims to provide the public with accurate, timely and comprehensive information on various educational assistance schemes and entrepreneurship opportunities, including consultations with government agencies.

He said, “This programme serves as a platform to strengthen government-community relations while offering rural communities the chance to engage directly with government departments and agencies in one location.”

Visitors can look forward to briefings on educational sponsorship opportunities for students pursuing higher education, including briefings on Yayasan Sabah Group Educational Assistance and the Sabah State Education Fund (TPNS).

Gulamhaidar also reiterated that the Yayasan Sabah Group is offering a 30 percent rebate to borrowers of the Yayasan Sabah Group Higher Education Loan who make a lump-sum repayment of their loans through the Madani 30 percent Special Rebate Programme. This rebate programme runs to 31 December 2025. 

Visitors to the Yayasan Sabah Group exhibition will also have the opportunity to learn more about this initiative, obtain detailed guidance on repayment procedures, and consult directly with officers regarding the education loan repayment options provided by Yayasan Sabah Group.

The roadshow will include educational exhibitions from several institutions, including the University College Sabah Foundation (UCSF) and Kolej Teknologi Yayasan Sabah (KTYS).

The Sabah State Public Service Department (JPANS), the Sabah Islamic Religious Council (MUIS), and the Sabah Baitulmal Corporation (PBNS) will also participate in the exhibition, providing information on their respective educational assistance initiatives and offering valuable insights for students and parents.

The YSBR 2025 Roadshow will commence as early as 7:00 a.m. and the public is encouraged to attend in this community programme.
