80 take part in PBBS golf tournament

Kota Kinabalu: A total of 80 players took part in the United Sabah Bisaya Association (PBBS) 2024 Golf Tournament held at the Nexus Golf Resort Karambunai here recently.
The one-day tournament organised by the PBBS Youth and Sports Bureau was officiated by PBBS deputy president Abdullah Okin representing its president Datuk Ruslan Muharam, who is also assistant Minister to the Chief Minister.

Among the participants were Abdullah Okin, Beaufort district officer Mohd Nazri Ajun, chief executive officer of Sabah Oil & Gas Development Corporation Sdn Bhd Datuk Harun Ismail, chief executive officer of Sabah Energy Corporation Datuk Adzmir Abdul Rahman, Perkasa Realty Sdn Bhd’s general manager Mat Said Minting and Special Officer to the Chief Minister Mazlan Joe Manan.
The Bureau’s chairman Azman Datuk Seri Lajim said apart from strengthening bonds among the players and PBBS members, the staging of the tournament was also to raise funds to be used for community activities.
The vice president of PBBS congratulated all the winners and thanked the participants and the sponsors for their support.
