RANAU: Mount Kinabalu Search and Rescue Team (Mosar) rescued a 43-year-old local woman who suffered complications while scaling the mountain, Tuesday.
Ranau Fire and Rescue Department Chief, PPgB Ridwan Mohd Taib said the incident happened at Km 2.5 of the Mount Kinabalu trail at about 3pm.

“We received a call through the Station Line and a team of five Mosar and three NBOS personnel led by the Operation Officer, PBB Sirai Ak Bungkong rushed to the scene. Also involved was a mountain guide.
“When the team arrived at the location, we found that there was a climber who fell while travelling down to Timpohon Gate.
