RANAU: Police have arrested a local man in his 40s who is believed to have murdered and burned his uncle in a forest area near here recently.
The arrest on Friday was made following a report from one of the victim's family members who found burned bone fragments suspected to be human behind an unnumbered house in Kg Kipaliu.

District Police Chief DSP Simiun Lomudin said the case was classified as murder and investigated under Section 302 of the Penal Code.
