Rhinos to continue Lotto partnership

Kota Kinabalu: Sabah FC’s partnership with sports brand Lotto will continue in the 2024/2025 season.
Sabah FC director Mohd Jo Wid confirmed in a statement issued on Thursday that they have decided to exercise the option to extend the contract between the two parties first signed in 2021.

He is certain that the design, quality and the fabrics chosen by Lotto are to the taste of supporters and fans of Sabah FC.
He also hopes that the jerseys to be used by Sabah FC for the 2024/2025 season campaign will continue to be well received by fans and supporters.
Meanwhile, Lotto Malaysia’s head of business development and strategy, Amirul Syafiq Azidin said they are excited to continue their support to Sabah FC.
“Sabah FC and Lotto have been working together since 2021 and we are currently discussing a possible short-term and long-term relationship that will take both brands to a much higher level.

“Sabah FC have achieved many successes in a short period of time and we hope that this cooperation will be able to continue.
“Since Datuk Ong Kim Swee was appointed as head coach at the end of 2021, the club managed to finish in third place in the Super League and reached the quarterfinal stage in the FA Cup for the first time since 2007.

“The team also retained their third place finish in the league last season and made it to the quarterfinal berth in the FA Cup again, as well as reaching the semi-final of the AFC Cup competition,” he said.
