12 boxers for Malaysia Cup meet

Kota Kinabalu: Twelve boxers will represent the State at the Malaysia Cup Tournament organised by Malaysian Boxing Federation scheduled to start Sunday (today) until Nov 4 in Nilai, Negeri Sembilan.
They are Jack Phoon Yan Jie (75kg), Vallent Piere Peter (80kg), Steverine Marcus (60kg), Jeamsson Johnny (63.5kg), Nick Auddrey (71kg), Mohd.Fareez Salleh Lamsin (92+kg), Joel Nikolson (67kg), Ariffin Medin (51kg), Mohd. Ameero Haiqal (48kg), Joel Evekly Jain (54kg), Khairulb Azim Nassar (57kg) and Deanver Randel (92kg).

Sabah Boxing Association President Datuk Orlando Harumal who presented the state flag to the contingent at a brief ceremony at the Sabah Top Team Gym, urged the boxers to uphold discipline and do their very best for Sabah.
The contingent led by team manager Fabian Peter accompanied by chief coach Antonio Battistesa and coaches Datu Segan Adis and Raymond Peter left for the national capital on Friday morning.
