SIPITANG: Outgoing Sipitang OCPD, DSP Champin expressed his appreciation not just to his peers but also to the entire Sipitang community for their assistance and cooperation during his tenure all this while.Champin who will be transferred to Tawau on promotion as Superintendent said this during his last monthly address to the Police rank and file here.
