No easy ride for Felcra United

Kota Kinabalu: The Rhinos are determined to make promotion-chasing Felcra United work hard in their Premier League clash at the Likas Stadium tonight.The visitors only needs a draw to ensure they will start the new season next year in the top flight as Felda United has already been promoted but coach Jelius Ating is aiming to delay their celebration at least until the final game in the season."I have to admit that Felcra FC is a very strong team this season. But that doesn't mean that we will give them an easy ride as we are also fighting to end our season on a high note," he said on Saturday.

Despite the financial woes faced by the team following the resignation of Tan Sri Musa Aman as Sabah Football Association President in May, he hoped the players will practice professionalism and give their full commitment in the match."I hope the players will keep on fighting and give their all on the pitch in our last two games of the season despite the problems off the pitch."I try to give encouragement and motivate them to carry out their duty as professionals as they can. At the same time I hope that the management will be able to sort out their problems because this team has great potential and I do not want the problems (besetting the team) to persist as it may affect their focus especially if we qualify for the Malaysia Cup competition," he added.
