LAHAD DATU: A tumour weighing 1.03kg was removed through surgery, creating a first for the hospital here.
Nur Patma Jimlani breathed a sigh of relief after the tumour on the right side of her face that she endured for eight years was no more.
Patma said the tumour started as a small lump on her cheek and grew bigger day by day, prompting her to seek treatment for the condition known as pleomorphic adenoma.
