Kota Kinabalu: Chief Minister Datuk Seri Hajiji Noor wants state and federal agencies to ensure all the RM6.6 billion development projects approved under the Fourth Rolling Plan (RP4) of the 12th Malaysia Plan (12MP) are implemented this year.
