Kota Kinabalu: Parti Bersatu Sabah (PBS) and Parti Solidariti Tanah Airku (Star) are set to sign a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) on Thursday (April 18) to formalise their cooperation.
The MoU signing, to be held at 2.30pm at Hongkod Koissan in Penampang, comes after months of negotiations aimed at fostering cooperation between PBS and Star in the state elections and beyond.

It also marks the end of tensions between the two parties that broke out during 2020 Sabah elections.
Party presidents Datuk Seri Dr Maximus Ongkili (PBS) and Datuk Seri Dr Jeffrey Kitingan (Star) will sign the MoU, with PBS Advisor Tan Sri Joseph Pairin Kitingan expected to be present.
