Kota Kinabalu: The work to clean the Tenom Pangi Hydro Power Station (SJHTP) is expected to be completed on June 1, this year, according to Sabah Electricity Board Sdn Bhd (SESB) Chairman, Datuk Wilfred Madius Tangau.

The Member of Parliament for Tuaran said once the station is completed, which has a capacity of around 60MW, will supply energy to residents in the Keningau, Tambunan, Beaufort and Tenom.
ADVERTISEMENT He said the ongoing work involves cleaning the remaining mud and wood in the power house and surge tank at the station.
