Kota Kinabalu: All 16 remaining work packages of the Pan Borneo Highway (LPB) project are expected to begin this year, said Deputy Chief Minister III Datuk Shahelmey Yahya.

Shahelmey, who is also Works Minister, said currently 19 work packages are in the construction process, including four new packages for which contractor appointment letters had been issued.
ADVERTISEMENT The four new work packages include three in the Tuaran-Kudat sector which are package 12, 13 and 14, and one package in the Semporna-Kunak sector which is package 15.
