RANAU: Some 25 doctors and Ranau Hospital staff held a two-day Lean Healthcare Course.
Ranau Hospital Director Dr Eva Candra Susanti Binti Suhali said the held on March 20 and 21 aims to minimise processes, procedures and work through one system.
“It is to help reduce the waiting time among patients in addition to improving their satisfaction.
