Burning wife to death: Hubby’s case postponed
Patersius was charged under Section 302 of the Penal Code for murdering his wife, Sansiah Tinggian, 41, in a house at Kampung Tingalan Sook on Feb 2 at 11pm.
KENINGAU: The case of a husband who burned his wife to death in Kampung Tigalan Sook early last month was postponed to April 4.

Keningau Sessions Court Judge Marlina Ibrahim adjourned the case because the Court has not received the autopsy report as well as the report from the Chemistry Department.

On Feb 15, Patersius Juliteh @ Julit, 50, was charged before Session Court Judge Marlina.

However, no plea was taken.

Deputy Public Prosecutor Euginie Meredith Gilbert prosecuted.

Patersius was charged under Section 302 of the Penal Code for murdering his wife, Sansiah Tinggian, 41, in a house at Kampung Tingalan Sook on Feb 2 at 11pm.

Patersius arrived at the court at 10am and was handcuffed along with two other accused of a separate case.

Patersius is still detained under Section 259 of the Criminal Procedure Code (KTJ).
