Kota Kinabalu: Sabah Water Department Director Suhaimi Asbullah emphasised the critical importance of keeping officers and personnel updated, especially in matters involving safety of its facilities. 

He made these remarks while officiating a two-day course on Critical Target Installation Management and Safety Control at the Sabah Water Department’s Water Treatment Plant and Dam, here. 

The course was jointly organised by the Sabah Water Department and Jetama Water Sdn Bhd. 

“Our responsibility is ensuring water quality according to the standards set. At the same time, we must also guarantee the safety of our installations and facilities,” he said.
