Kota Kinabalu: Sabahan Datuk Dr Allan Mathews has been appointed to the Pharmacy Board by the Health Minister for a three-year term.
Recently, he was appointed to the Council of Pharmacy Deans by the Higher Education Ministry.

Dr Mathews, from Beaufort, began as a pharmacist at the Duchess of Kent Hospital, Sandakan, and then at the Queen Elizabeth Hospital, here, before entering the private sector.
He was also an academician for nine years.
