KENINGAU: The State Ministry of Science, Technology and Innovation (KSTI) hopes that the National Science Centre for Sabah planned by the Ministry of Science, Technology and Innovation (Mosti) will become a reality, said its Minister, Datuk Haji Dr Ariffin Haji Arif here.
“We are ready for the Third National Science Centre after Kuala Lumpur and Kedah with assistance of the central government,” he said after opening the Keningau State Library Science Centre, recently.

Deputy Chief Minister I and Minister of Agriculture, Fisheries and Food Industry, Datuk Seri Dr Jeffrey G Kitingan represented the Chief Minister at the event.
Dr Ariffin said his Ministry would also implement Library Science Centres at the district level in addition to helping schools upgrade laboratories and create some Science corners to attract students’ interest.
