Jeffrey hopes Hari Raya Haji can strengthen spirit of unity

KENINGAU: Deputy Chief Minister, Datuk Seri Dr Jeffrey Kitingan hopes that through the Hari Raya Haji celebration, its can foster friendship and unity as well as strengthen the spirit of charity (bersedekah).He said this also ensures that Hari Raya is celebrated perfectly and full of the spirit of togetherness and brotherhood.
“This also ensures that we also set an example to our community that we have a spirit of close cooperation regardless of race and religion,” he told reporters at the handing over of sacrificial cows for the Keningau Parliament covering the Bingkor and Liawan constituencies at the Nur Hidayah Mosque compound in Bingkor town here,
