BEAUFORT: Presiden Persatuan Bisaya Bersatu Sabah President Ruslan Muharam said people of various races should harmonise understanding between the races because that is the basis for stability of the country.
“This is because if individuals of various ethnicities are not in harmony and there is a shift, then there will be turmoil, and this country will not be a friend,” he said.

On Sunday, Ruslan, who is also Lumadan assemblyman, officiated the Persatuan Murut Binta in Kampung Melalugus.
Tolerance, he continued, is critical for maintaining racial unity because this country can only be managed if tolerance is robust and firm.
