BEAUFORT: The government would consider Lumadan villagers’ proposal for a rural library to be built in Kg Lumadan, according to Deputy Finance Minister II Hafiz Yamani Musa.
He said this at the Masjid Ar Ruadah Lumadan during the breaking of the fast and distribution of financial aid to mosques and suraus.

“Rural libraries are useful and play an important role in the community,” he said, especially in terms of gaining knowledge, which is in high demand among schoolchildren and youths.
