Kuala Lumpur: Najib Razak’s lawyer is seeking to recall former SRC International chairman Ismee Ismail to testify in the company’s lawsuit against the ex-prime minister.

Kuala Lumpur: A former SRC International Sdn Bhd director told the High Court here today that he merely served as a “rubber stamp” in SRC International Sdn Bhd to carry out the behest of its adviser emeritus, Datuk Seri Najib Razak.

Kuala Lumpur: The High Court trial of SRC International Sdn Bhd’s civil suit against former prime minister Najib Razak and former CEO Nik Faisal Ariff Kamil has been postponed to June 19.
