Kota Kinabalu: A collaboration between Sabah Oil and Gas Development Corporation Sdn Bhd (SOGDC) and London-based E.A Gibson Shipbrokers Ltd (Gibson) is expected to create some 1,600 jobs and benefit Sabah from its spillovers.
