Kota Kinabalu: Usno President Tan Sri Pandikar Amin challenged Sabah Umno chief Datuk Seri Bung Moktar to urge federal leaders to withdraw the appeal against the High Court decision which allowed Sabah Law Society’s (SLS) judicial review on Sabah’s 40 percent entitlement stipulated under Article 112C and 112D of the Federal Constitution.

Kota Kinabalu: NGOs and political parties, particularly the opposition, heaped scorn on the stand taken by counsel purportedly for the State Government, Tengku Fuad Ahmad, on the 40pc tax revenue challenge by Sabah Law Society (SLS) against the Federal Government.

Kota Kinabalu: State Attorney-General Datuk Nor Asiah binti Mohd Yusof assured the people of Sabah of its unwavering pursuit of all rights due to the State under the Malaysia Agreement (MA63) and the Federal Constitution.
